What is the status of my order?


We will send you an update via email along with the tracking number as soon as we ship out your item(s). COVID-19 potential delivery delay: our carriers are currently experiencing delays in delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.




Do you ship internationally or process international credit cards?


Yes, we provide international shipping with flat fee charges depending on your region.




How long will it take me to get my order?


We take your orders as pre-order and should take up to 8 weeks maximum. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days.




Can I cancel or change my order?


We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. We advise you to carefully finalize everything before you place your order.




Can I exchange my order?


We do not offer exchanges at this time as the product is made exclusively for you, but we can try to pull some strings to make it happen. You will handle all the shipping cost for the exchange process.




Can I return my order?


All orders final and cannot be returned but product exchange could be arranged.




Where can I find product sizing information?


Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is taken with the item lying flat.
