  • What is the payment method?
    Payment options available: FPX, Credit/debit card & Atome (BNPL)
  • Where can I find product sizing information?
    Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is taken with the item lying flat.
  • Return & exchange policy
    Purchases are final and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. We will only make exceptions for defective or incorrect product that is not washed/worn within 7 days after the arrival of shipment. If you really wish to cancel/return your order and would like a refund, we will only allow you to receive store credit or product replacement. Please contact for further assistance.
  • What is exchange?
    We receive your return, you receive your preferred item.
  • What is store credit?
    In some cases where we are unable to provide a direct exchange, you will get refund in the form of store credit. You will receive either rewards coins or voucher code that can be used during check out.
  • When will I receive my order?
    It may take 1-2 days to process your order for ready stock products. Some items may take up to 3-5 weeks to be processed and fulfilled. We are not able to vouch for all the orders to be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Orders are delivered by our designated courier service provider. Shipment arrival can be delayed due to COVID19, weather, road, or regional conditions.
  • What is the shipping rate?
    West Malaysia: RM10 flat rate that includes handling fee. (J&T/PosLaju) East Malaysia: RM30 flat rate that includes handling fee. (DHL eCommerce) Singapore, Indonesia, Australia: Shipping rate information is available upon placing orders. (Aramex/FedEx) Do contact us at if you have any inquiries.
  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive a confirmation email for every successful order (checkout & paid). A separate email will be sent to you after your order is processed. You can also locate your tracking number by logging into your account.
  • What if I'm not home and my order is returned?
    Re-shipment after return is possible. If you are absent and delivery is not taken by the end of the temporary storage period, the shipment will automatically be returned to us. please note that in such a case, we will require you to pay the round-trip delivery charges.
  • What should I do if my order does not arrive?
    First, you should get in touch with the courier service provider and ask for its status update. If you have yet to receive it within 7 days after your order is processed, please contact us for assistance at
