Shipments & Delivery
Dataran Online ships worldwide, and customers bear all risks associated with loss or damage once products leave our fulfillment center. Delivery is deemed complete upon acceptance by a carrier. Any customs or import duties are the customer’s responsibility and may vary based on country-specific policies. Please allow 3-5 business days for handling, and 7-10 business days for delivery once shipped.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items reported within 5 days of receipt. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. To report an issue, please contact us with a photo of the defect at support@dataran.online. Upon approval, we will provide a return label, and once received, an exchange or refund will be issued based on your preference. At this time, returns are only accepted for defective items, and exchanges for other reasons are not offered.
