All sales are final. Event tickets and limited-run merchandise are non-refundable except where required by law. Review your order before checkout.
EVENT TICKETS
Tickets are sold first-come, first-served. Ticket QR codes are only viewed from your account. After payment, ticket delivery is sent to your order email, and paired Telegram accounts can receive the access link there too. Check spam if the email does not land.
View live QR codes anytime in your account under Tickets after sign in.
TICKET TRANSFERS
Ticket transfer is account-only. The ticket leaves your Tickets tab and moves to the recipient's account. Your order stays in Orders.
Only issued tickets can be transferred. Used, void, and inactive tickets cannot.
Use the recipient's sign-in email. Tickets are not delivered to their email inbox.
Transfers cannot be undone.
SERVICES
dataran.online currently offers three service lanes: Link Access Utility for premium link unlocks, Audio Services for producing, mixing, and mastering requests, and Bounty Program for open tasks, proof submission, and payouts when approved. Some service actions use credits, while audio work is handled from the brief and quote submitted through the storefront. Sign in before using service tools, and only submit links, files, or materials you have rights to use. See Terms and Privacy info.
PAYMENT
All prices are in MYR. Cryptocurrency payments are converted at transaction time. Payments are processed immediately. If payment fails, your order is not confirmed. Try a different payment method. We don't store your full payment card details. Refunds go to the original payment method (5-14 business days). See Terms for full payment policy.
REFUND REQUESTS
Refund self-service is currently not available. For refund requests, sign in to your account first, then contact support through official dataran.online channels with the order details shown there. See Terms for policy details.
