service credits are also non-refundable once a successful service action is completed.

tickets

tickets are delivered digitally after successful payment. for faster delivery, pair your account with telegram so your tix land instantly there too. if you don’t see it, check spam/promotions and then contact support.

payments

prices are in MYR. payment failures mean order isn’t confirmed. refunds (if approved) go back to original payment method.

services

dataran.online services currently include link access utility, audio requests, and bounty tasks.

link access utility uses service credits to unlock supported file links.

supported hosters include: 1Fichier, 4Shared, MediaFire, RapidGator, Turbobit, GDrive, Katfile, Dropbox (availability may change).

• credits are charged only when unlock is successful
• credit usage is based on file size (minimum 0.5 credit)

to keep services reliable and fair for everyone, all service requests follow this policy.

1. lawful use only: this service may only be used for lawful file access. prohibited uses include copyright infringement, unauthorized distribution, fraud, and any activity that violates applicable law.
2. user responsibility: you are responsible for every link and file request submitted from your account.
3. monitoring and logs: to protect service integrity, we retain request metadata (including account, timestamp, host/domain, and outcome) for abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and compliance.
4. risk controls: we may block, rate-limit, or reject specific links/domains, patterns, or accounts identified as high-risk or abusive.
5. enforcement: we may suspend or terminate access, reverse service privileges, and cooperate with valid legal/regulatory requests where required.
6. takedown and reports: report abuse to support@dataran.online. we review reports promptly and may restrict related access during investigation.

requests flagged by risk checks may be paused for review before completion.
