Find your ticket QR in your account
After payment, email only contains order confirmation and account access instructions; QR codes or QR images are not sent by email. Sign in and open Account > Tickets to view your live QR.
Paired Telegram accounts can receive the access link too. Check spam if the email does not land.

Check email for shipment details
For physical items, shipment or tracking email may be sent after your order is processed. It usually includes a tracking number or courier link once the shipment is ready.
Check spam or promotions if the email does not land. Some orders may take time before tracking becomes active.
SERVICES
dataran.online currently offers three service lanes: Link Access Utility for premium link unlocks, Audio Services for producing, mixing, and mastering requests, and Bounty Program for open tasks, proof submission, and payouts when approved. Some service actions use credits, while audio work is handled from the brief and quote submitted through the storefront. Sign in before using service tools, and only submit links, files, or materials you have rights to use. See Terms and Privacy info.
PAYMENT
All prices are in MYR. Cryptocurrency payments are converted at transaction time. Payments are processed immediately. If payment fails, your order is not confirmed. Try a different payment method. We don't store your full payment card details. Refunds go to the original payment method (5-14 business days). See Terms for full payment policy.
REFUND REQUESTS
Refund self-service is currently not available. For refund requests, sign in to your account first, then contact support through official dataran.online channels with the order details shown there. See Terms for policy details.
