TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing and placing an order with DATARAN ONLINE SERVICES, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

STOREFRONT USE

You agree to provide accurate checkout, account, and ticket holder information, to keep your sign-in credentials secure, and to use dataran.online only for lawful purchases and account actions. We may suspend or restrict access where fraud, abuse, misuse of tickets, payment risk, or other harmful conduct is reasonably suspected.

PRICING

All prices are final and non-negotiable. Prices are listed in MYR and do not include taxes or shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Event tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled by the organizer. If a refund is approved, ticket refunds cover only the ticket price unless otherwise stated; ticket fees, payment processing fees, network fees, and third-party charges may remain non-refundable where permitted. Merchandise refunds are only available for factory defects or shipping damage. Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos for defect claims.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are only accepted in cases of factory defects. Customers must bear all costs associated with returns, including shipping and handling fees. No exchange policy is offered. All sales are final once the order is confirmed and processed.

SERVICES USAGE

Service features (including Link Access Utility, Audio Services, and Bounty Program) are for lawful use only. You must have rights to any links, files, or materials submitted. Service credits are non-refundable once consumed, and credits may be deducted when a service action is processed. Do not use our services for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital products including music, ebooks, and other downloadable content are non-refundable. Once purchased and downloaded, all sales are final. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your downloads. We are not liable for lost or corrupted files after delivery.

EVENT TICKETS

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment. Ticket delivery is sent to your order email, and paired Telegram accounts may receive the ticket link there too. Live QR codes are viewed from your account after sign in. Tickets may be transferred through your account where available. You may be asked to present valid ID at entry. Do not rely on forwarded screenshots or stale copies. Event dates, times, venues, or lineups may change; we will notify ticket holders via email. Age restrictions are set by the organizer; valid ID required.

EVENT CHANGES, ENTRY, AND TRANSFERS

Organizers may reschedule, postpone, change venue, modify lineup, or make other event changes. Unless the organizer or applicable law requires otherwise, a valid ticket remains for the updated event details. Entry remains subject to venue rules, organizer policies, safety requirements, capacity controls, and valid ticket verification. Where transfer is available, the ticket moves to the recipient account and may no longer appear in the sender's tickets tab.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Merchandise delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by location, carrier, customs processing, stock timing, and fulfillment volume. Risk of delay caused by carrier disruption, customs, incomplete address details, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control is not a basis for cancellation or refund unless required by law. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact details.

PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency payments are converted at transaction time. Payments are processed immediately upon checkout. If payment fails, your order is not confirmed. We do not store your full payment card details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dataran.online is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from third-party service outages, venue actions, organizer decisions, payment network interruptions, blockchain delays, carrier failures, or unauthorised access caused outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page together with the updated date. Continued use of the storefront after an update means the updated terms apply to future use and future purchases.
